The Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Time Call Center Representative to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, data entry, and communication, with a focus on building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make phone calls to take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service

  • Enter customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently

Essential Qualifications:
