The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of our Customer Listening Team, which is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback from across the globe. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our technology team, to design and implement new data entry processes and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
- Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
- Providing analytical insights and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
- Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
- Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Operating closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
