Freight Broker Sales Representative (Agent Vinzari)

We're looking for a Freight Broker Sales Representative to join our team in Chisinau. Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. What we offer:

• Salary range 14000 lei up to 45000 lei  (14000 lei flat + commission)
• Working hours Monday-Friday from 15:00 till 00:00 (Moldova Time Zone)

Your responsibilities

• Make Outbound Calls to Obtain New Business and to Move Freight for Existing Customers
• Negotiate Rates
• Track Shipments and Provide Updates to the Customer
• Generate Business Leads
• Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• 1 year Proven Freight Experience Preferred
• Effective Communication Skills
• Work-from-home program 

Required competencies

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight Brokerage Industry or Sales Representative
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
