Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure PH&S patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts timely. - Be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handle time standards. - Treat customers with compassion and respect, as well as protect their privacy. - Perform all duties in a manner that promotes the arenaflex mission, values, and philosophy. - Serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. -

Minimum of Two (2) Years Experience in Customer Service:

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service. -
