The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for:
- Assessing customer needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their home and business needs
- Adjusting billing, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions/returns
- Managing customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
- Remaining current on arenaflex products and services
- Owning the customer experience and providing support to internal sales reps
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a team player who is at ease engaging with customers, capable of filling them with confidence in arenaflex. You should have:
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years customer service experience
- Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem solving
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
- Ability to work in a highly structured call center environment
- Enthusiastic and personable
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
- Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
- Ability to adapt to constant change
