Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Weekend Customer Support Representative to join our remote workforce management team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly, while managing high-volume interactions with entertainers, event staff, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales and operations) to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events
  • Multitask efficiently to manage real-time events and high-volume interactions with entertainers, event staff, and customers
  • Leverage computer skills to navigate support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and think on your feet
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Requirements

* Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in speaking on the phone with a clear and articulate communication style
  • Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling changes
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and support tools
  • Fluency with Google documents and spreadsheets, as well as other Google workspace programs
  • Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with real-time events

  • Familiarity with support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
