Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Customer Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time support and assistance to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions, utilizing provided resources and tools to answer common questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, leveraging your strong written communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Committing to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours, and managing your time as you see fit to meet the needs of our customers.

Contract Details

This is a flexible role with no fixed end date, allowing you to grow with the company. You'll have the opportunity to work on a contract basis, with a competitive rate of $35 per hour. Our flexible schedule means you can choose your own hours and manage your time as you see fit.

Requirements

While prior experience in live chat support is not required, we do need individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess strong written communication skills. You'll also need:

  • Reliable access to a computer or a smart device and a stable internet connection.
  • A commitment to at least 20 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours.
  • A flexible schedule that allows you to manage your time effectively.
