Responsibilities and Duties

As a WFH Customer Service Manager in Training at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Calling and Receiving Calls from Clients: Provide exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Scheduling Appointments with Clients: Schedule appointments with clients who request our benefits, ensuring that they receive the support they need.
• Presenting and Explaining Insurance Products and Benefits Packages: Present and explain our insurance products and benefits packages to clients, using Zoom video calls to deliver a personalized and engaging experience.
• Completing Applications for Insurance Products: Complete applications for insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to get the benefits they deserve.
• Attending Ongoing, Optional Training Sessions: Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, such as Zoom and email.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others in a remote team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-Motivation and Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior Experience in Client Support or a Related Field: Prior experience in client support or a related field is preferred but not required.
