• Expertise in managing long sales cycles while delivering exceptional client service.

• Comfort in using web-based sales, scheduling, and client service applications.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and embrace new technologies like AI Sales Agents and AI Scheduling Agents.
• Trustworthiness and integrity, delivering on promises whether someone is watching or not.
• A love for both Sales and Marketing, understanding their close relationship.
• A Bachelor's Degree.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets.

• Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
• Oversee initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service.
• Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication.
• Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
• Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed.
• Embrace the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes.
• Available to work full time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 6:30am to 3pm, US CST time. Thursdays and Sundays are off.
