Tribute Home care has an exciting opportunity for an outside sales professional who loves - really loves - all aspects of initiating and building relationships. A day in the life of a Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be focused on initiating, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with professional referral sources, such as geriatric care managers, independent/assisted living facilities, hospice agencies, etc.

This will be done by

  • Developing and executing active outreach strategies
  • Meeting with referral sources and presenting about Tribute's difference, our remarkable Caregivers and our community of support
  • Conducting research and continuously developing opportunities for new relationships
  • Attending industry events, trade shows and networking events
  • Joining local and national associations
  • Being planful, creative and following quarterly marketing plans
  • Achieving and surpassing growth goals
  • Collaborating effectively with all members of the Tribute team, including Marketing, Client Solutions, Caregiver Support, Scheduling and Caregiver Hiring departments

This role will involve regular travel to meet with new and existing referral sources.

Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute

  • 3-5 years of outside relationship-driven sales / business development experience, preferably in health care
  • Prior experience working in a clinical setting
  • A track record of meeting sales goals by building new professional relationships
  • An unwavering commitment to the customer experience and service excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
  • Vaccination against COVID-19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons
