Strong affinity for students; celebrating and accommodating the differences each student brings to Eastview High School. 2. Strong interpersonal skills in working with K-5 grade students. 3. Proficient knowledge in classroom policies and procedures. 4. Outstanding communication skills. 5. Excellent observation and analytical skills. 6. Skills in problem solving and conflict resolution with 9-12 grade students. 7. Strong ability to supervise small groups of students during academic activities. 8. Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred. Responsibilities: 1. Work with students in small groups with learning intervention strategies. 2. Assess student needs and construct strategies that aid students with achieving academic success. 3.
