[Remote] Onboarding Scheduler

They are seeking an Onboarding Scheduler to coordinate and manage daily onboarding schedules, facilitating technician appointments and serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily onboarding schedules, facilitating up to six technician appointments per day
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related communication, supporting over 50 users weekly
  • Verify account readiness for new users, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Multi-Factor Authentication setup
  • Administer and monitor ticket queues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and operational efficiency
  • Manage shipping and tracking of IT equipment for remote users while maintaining accurate records

Skills

  • High school level reading, writing, and analytical skills; minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Experience in IT operations, onboarding coordination, help desk support, or administrative scheduling roles
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and identity/access management processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Multi-Factor Authentication setup
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with asset management systems and device deployment tools (Intune, MDT, Autopilot preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in documentation standards
