Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, or issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Troubleshooting product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting all interactions and updating customer records accurately
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products/services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
