Patient Safety Administrator

Fixed Term until end November 2026, Part time (0.7 FTE)

Salary between $73,035 and $75,040 per annum depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for someone who has outstanding skills in systems and processes that can provide clinical administration support the Patient Safety and Clinical Intelligence Teams.

The Patient Safety and Clinical Intelligence Teams key functions include management of systems and processes that support Adverse Event reviews and Safety1st system. The Patient Safety team also undertakes project work, and data collection for the Health Quality and Safety Commissions quality safety markers.

This position is 0.7FTE, and can be based anywhere in Southern, though the preference is on Southland site. The role does cover processes across Health New Zealand - Southern. It is an integral role to the team to develop, support and manage these activities.
