Executive and Investment Compensation Analyst

CalPERS is the nation’s largest public pension fund, providing retirement and health benefits to public employees, retirees, and their families. The Executive and Investment Compensation Analyst will work closely with Investment and Executive staff, as well as the CalPERS Board of Administration, to ensure proper implementation of compensation policies and support CalPERS' mission.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of CalPERS compensation policies
• Drive CalPERS mission
• Work closely with Investment and Executive staff and the CalPERS Board of Administration

Skills

• All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position
