[Remote] Associate Digital Sales Representative III

In this role, you will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone, connecting with clients to help them prepare for retirement while working in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies
• Connect with both new and existing clients to sell products that put millions of employees on the road to retirement readiness
• Focus on daily goals around the number of dials, talk-time, and appointments set

Skills

• Ability to sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies
• Ability to connect with both new and existing clients to sell products
• Focus on daily goals around the number of dials, talk-time, and appointments set
• Ability to work a set schedule Monday -- Friday, no weekends
• Ability to conduct virtual appointments with clients
• Ability to earn uncapped commissions and participate in incentive trips and promotional opportunities
• Prior quota-carrying experience
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with great sales acumen will be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment
• Demonstrated ability to successfully build a network via social platforms
• Experience with video platforms
