Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative on our remote support team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll be responsible for assisting passengers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and making changes to travel itineraries. You'll also handle inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other travel-related information.

Requirements:
