The Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Member Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for our members, and you will be responsible for resolving their issues and answering their questions in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for documenting and updating customer information accurately in our system, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Assist members with account inquiries, prescription-related issues, and benefit questions
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction
- Document and update customer information accurately in the system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of issues
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required (we provide training!)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems and tools
- Must be based in the USA and legally authorized to work
