Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Southwest Airlines Support Team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, handling a wide range of tasks, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and professional service to customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Handle customer transactions, including processing payments, making change, and balancing daily transactions.
  • Manage customer baggage and freight, ensuring that all items are properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations, including loading and unloading aircraft, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged luggage.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of airline operations, including baggage handling and freight management.
  • Familiarity with electronic ticketing systems and reservation software.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
