Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a challenging time. This is a part-time position working approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. You will be responsible for providing positive customer service, technical expertise, and account management skills to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Service and Claim Intake: Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs, collect and document claim details, and identify and resolve customer issues.

  • Technical Expertise: Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries, and provide feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner.
  • Account Management: Adhere to clients-specific handling instructions, maintain productivity, and ensure consistent customer service coverage.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations, and adhere to break and lunch schedules.
  • Core Values: Demonstrate arenaflex's core values, including customer first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Abilities

* Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence.

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred: Ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and typing skills of at least 40wpm.
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required, and 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.

Network Requirements

* Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net).

  • Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended.
  • Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations.
  • No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US.

Benefits and Compensation

* Competitive compensation

  • 20+ hours per week: Ancillary Benefits, including Dental, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, Dependent Care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings, eligible on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • Less than 20 hours per week: Ancillary Benefits, including Dependent Care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings, eligible on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • 401K: Eligible after 6 months of employment
  • PTO: Eligible after 90 days of employment
