Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll assist with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, resolving customer issues, and providing information on arenaflex policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting customers with booking flights and making changes to reservations
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Providing information on arenaflex policies and procedures, including refund and exchange processes
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and achieve team goals
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate support to customers
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
