The Role
As a Customer Service Admin Support - Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a network of customers across the country. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with our customers, service technicians, and operations teams. You'll be the heartbeat of the branch, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to a network of customers, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, service technicians, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Make outgoing phone calls to customers to schedule appointments, provide insights on pest activity, and offer solutions to their pest control needs.
- Process deposits, answer emails, and respond to chat requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Back up co-workers when needed for soft collections, routing, and data entry.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
