What to Expect:

As a Data Analyst on our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Semi Program by translating complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize fleet performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive growth through data-driven recommendations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and customer support, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create compelling, succinct, and clean reports and visualizations to present to stakeholders, leadership, and clients, driving business decisions and growth.

• Support engineering requests to extract and analyze data from cars, informing fashion analysis, element trials, and carrier opportunities.
• Develop automatic reports on fleet performance and health, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Write clean, well-documented code that can be maintained and expanded upon by other analysts.
• Provide data insights to the business development team and collaborate on customer-facing materials.
• Review time-collection data from car logs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Self-motivated, rapid learner able to adapt to an ever-changing data landscape.
• Experience with time-collection data, including CAN, is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to extract insights and conclusions from large, dense datasets.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
