Experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services Procurement & Contract Negotiation

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for arenaflex. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify the best dealer partners, leading deal negotiations, and assisting to optimize cross-functional dealer relationships. You will work on a wide range of projects that will keep your role exciting, exposing you to many service-delivering industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc., and allowing your growth in strategic thinking, relationship building, innovative problem-solving, process improvement, innovation sourcing, and other key skills that will increase you as a strong business leader.

Responsibilities:

* Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders

• Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
• Develop and lead RFI/RFP process for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures
• Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
• Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration
• Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance control programs with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that would impact planning and decision-making
• Analyze market trends and situations that affect internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current business best practices
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
• Show expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
• Demonstrate experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements
• Have experience working with a legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum 2 years of professional services class sourcing

• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
• Strong strategic agility
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

• Knowledge of:

+ Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and situations + Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
• Consulting/Advisory history is a plus

Required Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
