Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat support

  • Helping customers navigate the healthcare system and find the resources they need

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
