The Opportunity

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet our high standards. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls in English and Spanish, resolving issues and providing personalized support to our customers

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations and sustain a high-paced call volume
  • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
  • Report to an assigned supervisor

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high call volume

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits to our team members, including:

  • Starting rate: $15.60/hour
  • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.60/hour (after 24 months)
