Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and execute global frameworks, systems, and processes to optimize supply chain operations and enhance customer experience

  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to drive business growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and increase revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, implement best practices, and enhance customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions and improve operational performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operations professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Essential Qualifications:

* Four-year degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or logistics

  • Proven experience in operations management, supply chain optimization, and customer experience enhancement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of operations professionals
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

* Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications

  • Lithe, PMP, or similar accreditation
  • Proven experience in change management and project management
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience in logistics and transportation
  • Experience with Cargowise or similar global shipping platforms
