Plus Relocation is seeking an Associate Global Mobility Counselor to assist clients and employees with their relocation processes. The role involves guiding individuals through mobility policies, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth relocation experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for relocating employees and clients
- Interpret benefits and advise employees on policies, timelines, expenses, and resources
- Coordinate relocation and supplier services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with benefit packages
- Adapt to client culture and collaborate with your team to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement
Skills
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed and effective working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to respond resourcefully to new challenges
- Eagerness to learn new software and systems
- Familiarity with relocation or mobility services a plus
