Financial Analyst I
Culligan International is looking for a motivated Financial Analyst I to support the Enterprise Dealer Group. This role involves managing reporting across multiple business units, identifying problems, and implementing best practice solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly recurring reporting packages for EDG, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units
- Update, maintain, and improve reporting tools, templates, and schedules
- Refresh and validate data across reporting systems (IFS, HFM, Power BI, internal dashboards, and Microsoft office)
- Support preparation of Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and Monthly Business Operations Review (MOR reporting)
- Assist with account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and documentation required for month-end close as assigned
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, operating initiatives, and performance improvement opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Finance or Accounting
- Detail oriented with ability to think strategically and analytically
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Vlookup)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict reporting deadlines
