Industrial Designer (Analyst)
leManoosh is a design consultancy that operates as a unified global team helping clients drive innovation. They are seeking an entry-level Industrial Designer to apply creative and analytical skills in designing products and services while engaging with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Apply highest creative and analytical capabilities to the design of products, interactions, and services for clients
- Research design trends and identify key design challenges
- Contribute to client presentations and participate in brainstorming sessions
- Develop concepts through detailed design refinement
- Use traditional design tools such as sketching, CAD, and KeyShot to explore ideas
- Create hands-on mockups, models, and prototypes
- Develop and manage CAD databases, including color/material/finish specifications and design-control communications for downstream engineering phases
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and support early-stage concept storytelling
- Gain experience across the full design process while contributing to internal initiatives that build technical skills
- Engage with clients, vendors, partner organizations, and internal teams
Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Industrial Design
- Recent graduate in Industrial Design or a closely related field
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for creative exploration
- Portfolio demonstrating compelling storytelling, thorough process documentation, broad concept exploration, concept development, creative solutions, and a refined aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to articulate a clear, well‑documented design process
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Self‑motivated, flexible, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in 2D design tools, including analog and digital sketching and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering, with SolidWorks and KeyShot preferred
- Hands‑on prototyping skills with the ability to iterate and integrate feedback effectively
- Experience working within interdisciplinary teams and fostering cross‑disciplinary collaboration
- A distinct point of view and a strong individual design voice
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering, with SolidWorks and KeyShot preferred
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Vizcom, Copilot) is a plus
