What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative working remotely in Virginia, you'll be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues. Your passion for helping others and your ability to think critically and creatively will shine through in every interaction you have with our customers. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

• Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct research to provide answers and solutions to customer issues
• Resolve escalated or complex customer issues in a fair and empathetic manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong product knowledge and ability to apply and explain it to customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High-speed internet connection (15 Mbps or faster)
• Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
