Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations and Customer Experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience at our airport locations. You will be responsible for assisting customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role that requires flexibility, with a balance of time spent in our remote office and at home.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service
- Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a dynamic setting
- Use handheld devices to process transactions and manage customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
