Job Summary
As a Customer Advisor, you'll participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, providing valuable insights and feedback on various topics, including child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, automobiles, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn additional income from the comfort of your home, with flexible scheduling and no minimum hours required.
Responsibilities
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, providing valuable insights and feedback on various topics
- Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
