Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Being a brand ambassador and sharing your love and expertise for golf and the arenaflex brand
- Utilizing primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and support to customers
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and related media/searches, as well as competitor products
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously and providing exceptional service
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Brand Representative, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on providing expert advice and recommendations
- In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, as well as similar products from other brands
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to professional levels
- Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
