Responsibilities

As an Experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative Overnight, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
  • Resolving issues promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
