Job Summary

We're looking for experienced Customer Service/Work From Home Agents to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients' customers. As a Customer Service/Work From Home Agent, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services (for licensed insurance agents)
  • Experience with sales and appointment setting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Starting wage: $9.50 per hour
  • Raise after 30 days: up to $11.50-$14.25 per hour, depending on performance and skill sets
