Key Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Full Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and delivery information
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions, and placing orders for customers
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using established guidelines
- Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate verbally and written, with capable data entry skills
- Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 4 weeks, with 100% attendance required

- Internal storage with enough free space to install needed systems and run them effectively
- A minimum optimal screen resolution of 1920x1080
- External mouse, keyboard, webcam, USB headset, and "Unified Communications" type headset
