Job Summary

As a Customer Contact Center (Student Loan Advisor) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of student loans and achieve their financial goals. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that they feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate the complexities of student loans

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet customers' needs, taking into account their individual circumstances and goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's policies and procedures to provide accurate and informed guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system is required
  • The ability to effectively work within established key performance indicators/metrics is necessary
  • Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks
  • May be required to work holidays. Overtime may be required

Preferred Skills

* Strong knowledge of student loan policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Experience working in a customer contact center environment
  • Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Knowledge of contact center technology
  • Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel and Word
  • Excellent command of the English language, effective use of grammar skills
  • Excellent communication etiquette
  • Great customer service is expected on every call with our customers: personalize your call, be competent with the information & assistance you deliver to your customer, patient & polite, and be initiative-taking in offering solutions and assistance
