Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and quality

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Provide exceptional support to our stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly

* Experience with data entry software, such as Excel, Access, or other database management systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
