Brief Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual who can initiate and manage tasks independently. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and providing accurate and complete information. You'll also handle customer complaints, keep records of customer interactions, and provide follow-up support. Responsibilities:

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints, including difficult and escalated callers, and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and provide follow-up support
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong work history and proven punctuality track record

  • Proven customer support experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Excellent phone contact handling skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and phone systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $18.50-23/hour, depending on experience
