Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealership clients to build their customer base and drive sales.
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients.
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

To succeed as an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting (2+ years of experience is preferred).
