Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering and updating customer, vendor, and transaction data into our databases or CRM platforms. You'll also be responsible for reviewing data for accuracy and completeness, maintaining records of activities and tasks, and identifying and correcting errors in data entries.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects that will challenge and engage you. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating customer, vendor, and transaction data into databases or CRM platforms
  • Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining records of activities and tasks
  • Identifying and correcting errors in data entries
  • Performing data validation and cleanup as needed
  • Communicating with team members to clarify information
  • Meeting daily and weekly productivity goals
  • Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that will enable you to excel in this position. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 50 WPM preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM or database systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
