Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in addressing customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues related to our healthcare services. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting (or related industry)
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Work Environment

* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems

  • Your work-from-home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
  • arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to conduct your work
  • You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection (DSL or Cable only) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof of meeting the minimum speed requirements
