The Role

As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for representing our clients, managing their brands, and staying up-to-date on competitor activity in the region. You'll work closely with our management team to gain a comprehensive understanding of every department within our firm, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as sales, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Track and report to Senior Management the daily sales and territory assessments of yourself and your team

• Participate and attend weekday meetings to discuss tools and tactics for each day's success
• Stay current on product knowledge and promotions, as well as competitor offerings, to ensure the best opportunity for potential customers
• Travel locally to assigned territory and nationally to conferences and potential new client meetings
• Build and maintain a productive relationship with the customer throughout their entire experience

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position

• Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in customer service and sales
• Comfortable making presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis in meetings and phone interactions
• Maintain flexibility with one's work schedule, and the ability to travel is a plus
• The right candidate is local to the area, must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily, and can start immediately if offered the position

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and clients

• Knowledge of the industry and competitors
• Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
