Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Mortgage Division team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our mortgage professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales and related clerical duties associated with sales
  • Sending out welcome packages and other related correspondence to clients
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Providing administrative support to mortgage professionals, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing presentations
  • Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and reduce errors
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of office experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in the mortgage industry or a related field
  • Certification in administrative support or a related field
  • Proficiency in other software applications, such as CRM systems or project management tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
