Experienced Benefit Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide superior, empathetic customer service by phone, chat, and email, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely assistance with their healthcare or pension benefits.
- Accurately explain complex benefit information in simple terms, using internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and data security standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive customer information.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet service standards, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Work Hours & Flexibility:
* Full-time hours during peak season (40 hours/week)
- Possible overtime available
- Off-season hours may range between 32–40 hours/week
- No weekends!
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual? Spanish or French speakers can earn an additional $0.75/hr (must be fluent).
Training & Orientation:
* Start Date: August 18th / Hiring class each Monday thereafter
- Orientation is onsite for equipment pickup and brief training (1-day requirement)
- Important: No time-off is permitted in the first 90 days.

Location:
Remote (Must live within 1 hour of specified city) – Pittsburgh, PA / Richardson, TX / Buffalo, NY / San Diego, CA
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (some West Coast roles may start at 5:30 AM)
Start Dates:
First class begins August 18th. Weekly classes run through October 2025
