Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and you will be responsible for resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of 14-day training program required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills
