Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience
- Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
