As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. Your primary goal will be to assist clients with their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

  • Handle incoming live chats and respond quickly with accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation, providing clear and concise answers to resolve their queries
  • Use chat templates and personalize responses when appropriate to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience
  • Log interactions and case notes into the CRM system to maintain accurate records and facilitate collaboration with the support team
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively

Qualifications
