Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing healthcare data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of our systems. You will work closely with our internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process healthcare data, including eligibility records, claims, and other related information
- Resolve discrepancies and errors in data, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution
- Maintain the integrity of our systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Analyze and resolve complex data issues, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry and related terminology
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Access
